The flyer is technically wrong. The arson is not being investigated by the OSBI. It is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal Agent, Judah Sheppard. Anyone with information may email him at Judah.Sheppard@fire.ok.gov. This case will remain open until the arsonist or someone comes forward with information that leads to a conviction.
