Grady County Deputies served an Oklahoma County warrant in Bradley yesterday. Christy Anderson, 22, was wanted out of Oklahoma County as a material witness in the case against Amanda Maxon.

Maxon was arrested by Grady County Deputies in May on a first degree murder warrant out of Oklahoma County. She is charged with both the murder of 26-year-old Jens Peter Rasmussen and conspiracy to commit robbery with a firearm. That arrest also took place near Bradley.

Suspecting that Anderson would not voluntarily appear to testify against Maxon, the Oklahoma County District Court filed a warrant for her arrest. Bond was set at $100,000.

Grady County Deputy Sgt. Terry Alexander located Anderson in Bradley and made the arrest. She was then turned over to Oklahoma City Police Homicide Detectives.

Maxon is set to have her preliminary hearing continued in Oklahoma County District Court on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 9 a.m.
